Good location, clean room and bathroom. Staff were friendly

The location is good, easy access to bus,train and rail links. Booked a standard twin room and the one given was on the 4th floor. Room was a good size and was bright, clean and well decorated and bathroom had a bath with shower over. There is a restaurant and we had dinner there on one night of our stay, and we both enjoyed the food.

Great location. The hotel is within walking distance to Edinburgh Castle and there are lots of lovely restaurant around the hotel area as well. The hotel staff are very nice. We had a clean and decent size room with tea/coffee maker. They also have a proper coffee machine and hotel housekeeping were so nice to give us coffee capsule when we asked for some as we used all of the ones provided. We also enjoyed their breakfast buffet.

Its a good location, its about a 15 minute walk to the centre. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are friendly and the room was cleaned and restocked every day. The coffee pod machine is a nice touch, a few more pods would have been good. The bathroom was lovely, modern and had a powerful shower and I like the sheep on the wall 😃

Honestly everything. This hotel is amazing and I cannot emphasize this enough. I loved staying here. The hotel was clean. Room was a very good size. Hotel staff very lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The bed was SO comfy! No exaggeration, the bed was amazing I fell asleep super fast every night. And slept very well. The room felt like home from home it was so lovely. I highly recommend this hotel. Easy walk into New Town and easy to get the train from Haymarket Station to Waverley if wanting to go to Old Town. Stay here!!
